Why our menu changes with the boats, not the season.
Marea Coastal Kitchen opened in 2021 with a small, deliberately short menu built around whatever the fish market actually had that morning. It's a different way to run a restaurant — less predictable for us, but far better for what ends up on the plate.
Five years in, the philosophy hasn't changed: cook the fish well, don't hide it under too much else, and keep the menu small enough that every dish gets real attention.
