Memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contract, unless a promotional rate with a minimum term is explicitly agreed at sign-up.
Cancellations require 30 days' written notice. Membership fees are non-refundable for the notice period.
Memberships may be frozen for up to 60 days per calendar year for documented travel, illness, or injury.
Members are expected to follow posted gym etiquette and safety guidelines, including re-racking weights and wiping down equipment.
Physical training carries inherent risk of injury. Members should consult a physician before beginning any new exercise program.
