How far ahead should we book for a large event?

For structures above 5,000 capacity, we recommend booking 6-8 weeks ahead to allow for engineering sign-off and material procurement.
Do your structures come with a safety certificate?

Yes, structures above a certain span are signed off by a structural engineer, and we provide the certificate for your compliance records.
Can you handle a full camp — pandal, stage, and barricading together?

Yes, most of our large contracts bundle pandal, stage, seating, and barricading into a single coordinated build.
What happens if weather changes after the structure is up?

Our team monitors weather during the event period and reinforces or adjusts structures as needed, at no extra charge for contracted events.
Do you provide the labour for teardown too?

Yes, full teardown and site clearance is included in every contract, typically completed within 48-72 hours of event close.
Can we see the layout before it's built?

Yes, every quote includes a layout drawing showing dimensions, capacity, and key structural points before you approve anything.
