A site survey is required before any structure over 2,000 capacity is quoted. Surveys are free of charge within our standard service area.
Build and teardown are scheduled in advance. Delays caused by site access restrictions or weather outside our control will be communicated as soon as known.
Structures above a defined span are signed off by a structural engineer before use. Client-requested modifications after sign-off may require re-certification.
Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled build date may be subject to a materials and labour charge, confirmed at contract signing.
