We keep buffer capacity for existing clients, and can often accommodate a 24-48 hour increase in order size. Larger last-minute increases depend on fleet availability at the time.

Standard orders are payable on delivery. For contracted multi-day event supply, we work on an advance plus milestone payment structure — details confirmed at quote stage.
Yes, for confirmed large orders we can extend delivery outside our standard zones — ask when you request a quote.
