Quote requests sent through this website are requests, not confirmed orders, until you receive a written or WhatsApp confirmation from us with agreed quantity, price, and delivery schedule.
Delivery times are scheduled in good faith and communicated in advance. During large events, delays may occur due to traffic control or crowd restrictions outside our control — we will notify you as soon as we are aware of any delay.
Rates shown on this website are indicative and subject to change based on season, distance, and order volume. Confirmed pricing is issued at the time of quote confirmation.
Standard orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Contracted multi-day event supply is subject to the cancellation terms agreed at contract signing.
We test every batch before dispatch. Once water is delivered into a client's own storage tanks, we are not responsible for contamination occurring after delivery.
